糯质光温敏核不育系闽糯2S的选育与利用

【摘要】 【目的】选育和利用优质糯稻不育系。【方法】采用350Gy60Co-γ射线辐照光温敏核不育系6311S干种子,借助淀粉遇KI-I2溶液的显色反应原理,在其M2带胚糙米群体获得糯质基因突变体。经福建、海南异地种植鉴定与选择,育成糯质6311S不育系,命名为闽糯2S。【结果】除直链淀粉含量差异显著外,闽糯2S与6311S具有相同的生育期,十分相似的农艺性状、花器性状、花粉不育特性以及育性转换特性。【结论】闽糯2S于2020年6月通过福建省农作物品种审定委员会审定,用闽糯2S配制成的优质高产杂交糯稻新组合糯两优8号,于2020年9月通过湖北省农作物品种审定委员会审定。

【Abstract】 [Objective]To breed and apply a new waxy photoperiod(temperature)sensitive genic male sterile line with good grain quality.[Method]Dry seeds of photoperiod(temperature)sensitive genic male sterile line"6311 S"was treated with γ-rays of60Co at the dosage of 350 Gy,with the help of principle of coloration of starch met with KI-I2 solution,waxy mutants of"6311 S"were obtained from its M2 brown rice population with embryo.Waxy photoperiod(temperaure)sensitive line"6311 S"(named"Minnuo 2 S")was developed through planting and selection in different areas of Fujian Province and Hainan Province.[Result]"Minnuo 2 S"and"6311 S"had the same growth duration,similar characteristics of agronomy,spikelet,pollen’s fertility and transformation between fertility and infertility,except for a significant difference in the amylase content(AC%).[Conclusion]Minnuo 2 S was registered and released for commercial production by Fujian Crop Variety Appraisal Committee in June 2020.A waxy hybrid rice combination"Nuoliangyou No.8"was developed by using"Minnuo 2 S"as the male sterile line,which had characteristics of good grain quality,high yield,and was registered and released for commercial production by Hubei Crop Variety Appraisal Committee in September 2020.
