【摘要】 本研究分别在修水和井冈山地区采集美丽马醉木当年生半木质化枝条进行扦插,观测分析扦插苗的生长量,以及开花、叶色变化情况,旨在为美丽马醉木的引种驯化和资源收集利用提供技术支撑。经连续两年对修水美丽马醉木扦插苗的生长量进行测量并观察其生物学特性,发现扦插苗每年有两个生长发育高峰期,分别为3-6月和7-10月,扦插后第2年开始开花,3-4月为开花旺盛期,叶色变化较大。对比分析发现,扦插后第3年,两种种源苗木生长量存在显著差异,修水种源表现出一定生长优势,井冈山种源花期较早,且扦插后优先结果,叶色变化二者差异不明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this study, the current year semi-lignified branches of Pieris formosa were collected and taken for cuttings in Xiushui and Jinggangshan Area, and the growth of cuttings, as well as the changes of flowering and leaf color were observed and analyzed,aiming to provide technical support for the introduction and domestication of P. formosa and resource collection and utilization. It is found that there are two growth peaks of the Xiushui provenances every year, which are from March to June and from July to October respectively. After cuttings, the Xiushui provenances begin to blossom in the second year. From March to April is the blooming period, and the leaf color changes greatly within a year of the Xiushui provenances. The results showed that there was a significant difference in seedling growth between the two provenances in the third year after cutting. The Xiushui provenances showed a certain growth advantage, while the Jinggangshan provenances had earlier flowering stage and gave priority to fruiting after cutting, and there was no significant difference in leaf color change between the two provenances.更多还原
