小果冬青种实性状研究
Academic study on seed and fruit characters of Ilex micrococca
【摘要】 小果冬青多分布在南方高大山脉及其余脉,适宜生长在海拔600~1 100 m的阔叶林中。文章观测了不同种源的小果冬青种实性状,测定果实的横径、纵径、千粒重、千粒脱水重、种子数、发芽率和发芽势等指标。使用主成分分析法和聚类分析法对这些数据进行处理,结果表明:不同种源的小果冬青果实的性状指标存在较大差异。主成分分析中第一主成分表明果实的横径和纵径都与千粒重有关;第二主成分表明小果冬青的果实形状跟所含的种子数及发芽率有一定相关性;第三主成分表明种子含水率与种子的发芽势相关。再通过聚类分析,可以得出所有种源按千粒重划分成适中、偏小和偏大三类,结合主成分分析计算出的综合得分排名,围绕着千粒重这个关键指标,江西修水和重庆种源在纵径数据上是没有差异而聚类;江西婺源和浙江宁波P2种源因为含水率和脱水后重量2项指标是相似的聚为一类。
【Abstract】 Ilex micrococca is mainly distributed in the southern high mountains and their remaining veins, and likes to grow in the broad-leaved forest with an altitude of 600~1 100 m. In this paper, the fruit characters of I. micrococca from different provenances were observed, and the indexes of fruit transverse diameter, fruit longitudinal diameter, fruit 1000-grain weight,fruit 1000-grain dehydration weight, seed number, germination rate and germination potential were determined. Principal component analysis(PCA) and cluster analysis were used to process the data. The results showed that there were great differences in the fruit traits among different provenances. The first principal component of principal component analysis showed that the transverse and longitudinal diameter of fruit were related to 1000-grain weight. The second principal component showed that the shape of the fruit was related to the number of seeds and the percentage of germination. The third principal component indicates that seed moisture content is related to seed germination potential. Through cluster analysis, all provenances can be divided into three categories according to 1000-grain weight: moderate, small and large. Combined with the comprehensive score ranking calculated by principal component analysis, there is no difference in the longitudinal diameter data between Xiushui provenances in Jiangxi and Chongqing provenances. However, P2 provenance from Wuyuan in Jiangxi Province and Ningbo in Zhejiang Province were grouped together because of their similarity in water content and weight after dehydration.
