一种基于激光切缝消音金刚石锯片的设计制作
Design and Fabrication of a Noise Reducing Diamond Blade Based on Laser-slotted
【摘要】 为研制出达到环保标准的消音金刚石锯片来取代传统金刚石锯片,依据激光切缝消音原理,通过在基体上设计一种改进型的U型倾斜消音缝,消音缝的形状为U形、倒U形按序交错叠加其一条U形臂而成,倾斜消音缝的缝隙宽度为0.3 mm,采用了大族激光的高性能光纤激光器进行切缝加工,缝隙中填充消音材料,制备工艺中采用加入超细预合金化的金属粉末的金刚石-金属键合技术,来保证锯片的锋利度和耐磨度,制作出了一种消音金刚石锯片。对两种石材的切割噪声进行测试,所制作的金刚石锯片切割噪声均低于80 dB,达到了环保的标准。
【Abstract】 Based on the principle of laser slit silencing,an improved u-shaped inclined silencing slot was designed on the substrate to replace the traditional silencing slot in order to develop the environmental protection standard of Diamond blade.The shape of the noise reducing slot is U-shaped and inverted U-shaped,which are made by overlapping one U-shaped arm in sequence.The width of the inclined noise reducing slot is 0.3 mm.The large family high-performance fiber laser is used to cut the slot,in the preparation process,the diamond-metal bonding technology with ultra-fine pre-alloyed metal powder was used to ensure the sharpness and abrasion resistance of the saw blades.A kind of diamond blade was made.The cutting noise test of the two kinds of stone products showed that the cutting noise of the diamond blade produced was lower than 80 dB,which reached the standard of environmental protection.
