【Abstract】 As an automatic control execution system,coating intelligent manufacturing system(MES) is one of the indispensable technologies in the construction of intelligent factory.It can effectively strengthen process management and control and achieve the purpose of fine management.It can effectively strengthen process management and control and achieve the purpose of refined management.With the transformation of coating production mode and the advancement of intelligent coating,the importance of coating intelligent manufacturing system(MES) software is increasing.Based on the application and function of coating intelligent manufacturing system software,the overall structure and network construction scheme of coating MES system were analyzed,and the system functional modules such as planning and scheduling,intelligent monitoring and equipment monitoring were described in detail,which a reference was provided for improving the digital design ability of coating enterprises and realizing the standardization and automation of products and manufacturing process.更多还原
