涂装智能数字化工厂方案的研制

【摘要】 数字化工厂作为将制造技术与数字技术、智能技术和新一代信息技术融合的技术,给制造业带来新的模式、技术、理念和应用,展现出未来制造业发展和制造技术发展的新前景。随着装备涂装对效率和稳定性要求的不断提高,涂装智能化的重要性日益增加。通过对涂装智能数字化工厂方案进行研究,通过对涂装智能数字化工厂总体设计,分析数字化工厂各组成部分,为涂装智能数字化工厂提供一种可以提高涂料利用率和实现节能环保的可行性方案,实现涂装产品的智能制造,有效提高企业的设计、研发和生产等方面的能力。

【Abstract】 As a technology that integrates manufacturing technology with digital technology, intelligent technology, and new-generation information technology, the digital factory brings new models, technologies, concepts and applications to the manufacturing industry, showing new prospects for the development of manufacturing and manufacturing technology in the future. With the continuous improvement of equipment coating requirements for efficiency and stability, the importance of intelligent coating is increasing. The coating intelligent digital factory scheme was researched, the various components of the digital factory were analyzed through the overall design of the coating intelligent digital factory, and a feasibility for the coating intelligent digital factory was provided to increase the utilization rate of coatings and realize energy conservation and environmental protection. The program realizes the intelligent manufacturing of coating products and effectively improves the company′s design, R&D, and production capabilities.
