转辙机动作杆受力分析与测量研究
The Force Analysis and Measurement on Railway Shifter′s Actuator Rod
【摘要】 针对转辙机动作杆这类大刚度结构件应力应变测量问题,对平面小孔应力集中规律进行了仿真探究,在相关理论和仿真结果的指导下建立动作杆装配仿真模型,确定传感器安装点,结合小孔变形特性,设计出传感器总体结构,确定传感元件布置点。仿真结果表明,所设计弹性体能够产生3.5×10-5应变变化量;根据传感器静态特性曲线和动态实验结果,该传感器拥有较高的信噪比,拥有1%FS的线性度,能够有效地对动作杆受力状态进行监测。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the problem of measuring the stress and strain of the high rigidity structure such as the actuator rod, a simulation research was made on the stress concentration of the plane small hole, and the simulation model of the manipulator assembly was established under the guidance of the relevant theories and simulation results, so as to determine the sensor installation point. By selecting the appropriate sensor elements, combined with the deformation characteristics of the small hole, the overall structure of the sensor was designed, and the sensor element layout point was determined. The Simulation results show that the designed elastic body can produce strain changes. The transmitter was designed according to the experimental measurement results of sensing elements. According to the calculation results, the sensor has high linearity. According to the static characteristic curve and dynamic experimental results of the sensor, the sensor has a high signal-to-noise ratio, and can effectively monitor the force state of the actuator rod.
