一种触碰报警坐姿矫正器的设计
Design on Touch Alarm Sitting Posture Orthosis
【摘要】 通过对近视、驼背儿童的调研发现,大多数儿童近视、驼背都是由坐姿不良引起的。针对这一现象,运用三维设计软件从主体装置、桌面连接装置、电路等方面详细设计了一款由基板、微动轻触开关、扬声器、电源和桌面连接装置组成的坐姿矫正器,桌面连接装置可以和不同厚度桌面进行装配,并且拆装很方便。当使用者身体前倾,身体与课桌之间的距离小于中小学生坐姿礼仪标准中规定的50 mm时,扬声器即会报警,提醒孩子及时端正坐姿。
【Abstract】 Through the investigation of myopic and hunchback children,it is found that most of them are caused by poor sitting posture.Inview of the phenomenon,three-dimensional design software from the main device,desktop connection device,circuit and other aspects wereused to design a sitting posture corrector which was composed of substrate,micro touch switch,speaker,power supply and desktop connectiondevice.The desktop connection device can be assembled with different thickness desktop,and the disassembly is very convenient.When theuser leans forward and the distance between the body and the desk is less than 50 mm specified in the primary and secondary school students’ sitting etiquette standard,the loudspeaker will alarm to remind the child to correct the sitting posture in time.
