喇叭鼓膜冲压自动线的设计
Design of Automatic Punching Line for Loudspeaker Tympanic Membrane
【摘要】 为满足某喇叭生产企业产业升级所需,基于Solidworks软件和PLC控制技术研发了一款喇叭鼓膜冲压自动线。该装置通过机械手完成喇叭鼓膜工件的自动取料、上料、工位转移、下料和放料等一系列操作。经过生产试运行,同时进行了相关测试,结果表明,产品合格率大于99%,设备综合效率大于90%,功耗小于0.2 kW,冲压样品可调,满足企业要求。
【Abstract】 To meet the needs of industrial upgrading of a loudspeaker manufacturing enterprise,an automatic punching line for loudspeaker tympanic membrane was developed by Solidworks and PLC,which can automatically pick,load,transfer,blank and discharg the loudspeaker tympanic membrane workpiece by manipulator,and so on.The trial operation and related tests show that the qualified rate of products is more than 99%,the comprehensive efficiency of equipment is more than90%,the power consumption is less than 0.2 kW,the punching samples are adjustable,and the device meet the needs of enterprises.
