T2DM患者下肢大血管疾病与FGF-21和mAlb蛋白表达的关系研究

【摘要】 目的探讨T2DM患者下肢大血管病变患者血清成纤维细胞生长因子21(FGF-21)、尿微量白蛋白(mAlb)的表达及相关性研究。方法选取2016年11月至2019年4月在我院治疗的180例2型糖尿病患者,根据有无病变分为病变组和糖尿病组,每组90人,检测两组人员血清FGF-21、m Alb的表达水平,同时检测不同程度T2DM下肢大血管病变患者血清FGF-21及mAlb的表达水平,探索FGF-21、mAlb与糖尿病患者下肢大血管病变的关系。结果治疗前对两组血清中FGF-21、mAlb水平检测,发现病变组患者血清FGF-21为(4.31±2.12)μg/L、mAlb为(78.62±21.06)mg/L水平明显高于对照组(1.39±0.89)μg/L、(31.26±19.73)mg/L。对病变组患者进行进一步分组,检测不同程度下肢大血管病变患者血清FGF-21、mAlb的水平变化,T2DM下肢大血管病变越严重的患者其血清FGF-21、mAlb表达逐渐越高(P<0.05)。进行Logistic回归分析,结果显示,FGF-21和mAlb与的发生有关(P<0.05)。结论血清FGF-21、mAlb与T2DM患者下肢大血管病变存在密切关系,因此应密切关注2型糖尿病患者血清内FGF-21、mAlb表达,预防糖尿病并发症的发生。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between serum macrofibroblast growth factor-21(bfgf-21) and urinary microalbumin(mAlb) in patients with lower extremity diabetes mellitus(DM). Methods A total of 180 patients with type 2 diabetes who were treated in our hospital from November 2016 to April 2019 were selected and divided into pathological group and diabetes group according to the presence or absence of lesions, with 90 people in each group. The expression levels of serum FGF-21 and urinary m Alb in the two groups were detected, and the expression levels of serum FGF-21 and urinary m Alb in patients with different degrees of lower extremity macroangiopathy of T2 DM were detected to explore the relationship between FGF-21 urinary, mAlb and lower extremity macroangiopathy in diabetic patients The relationship between. Results before treatment, the levels of FGF-21 and urinary mAlb in the two groups were detected. The levels of FGF-21 and m Alb in the pathological group were(4.31 ± 2.12) μ g/L and(78.62 ± 21.06) mg/L, which were significantly higher than those in the control group(1.39 ± 0.89) μG/L and(31.26 ± 19.73) mg/L. The levels of serum FGF-21 and urinary mAlb in patients with different degrees of lower extremity macrovascular disease were detected. The more severe the lower extremity vascular disease was, the higher the expression of serum FGF-21 and urinary mAlb was(P < 0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that FGF-21 and urinary mAlb were related to the occurrence of FGF-21(P < 0.05). Conclusion serum FGF-21 and urinary mAlb are closely related to lower extremity macrovascular disease in patients with T2 DM. Therefore, we should pay close attention to the expression of FGF-21 and urinary mAlb in the serum of patients with type 2 diabetes to prevent the occurrence of diabetic complications.
