徐州市92株非结核分枝杆菌菌种鉴定及药敏结果分析
Analysis of species identification and drug sensitivity results of 92 strains of Nontuberculous Mycobacteria in Xuzhou
【摘要】 目的分析徐州市非结核分枝杆菌的菌种类型及耐药情况,为临床诊断和治疗提供科学依据。方法回顾性分析2016.01-2018.12徐州市传染病医院采用PCR-反向点杂交酶显色法鉴定出的92株非结核分枝杆菌的菌种类型以及比例法检测出的药敏结果。结果 92株非结核分枝杆菌检出胞内分枝杆菌59株,堪萨斯分枝杆菌17株,脓肿分枝杆菌5株,龟分枝杆菌4株,戈登分枝杆菌3株,鸟分枝杆菌3株,浅黄分枝杆菌1株,对利福平的耐药率为89.13%(82/92)、异烟肼为97.82%(90/92)、氧氟沙星为84.78%(78/92)、乙胺丁醇为90.22%(83/92)、丙硫异烟胺84.78%(78/92)、卡那霉素77.17%(71/92)、阿米卡星为60.87%(56/92)、环丝氨酸为79.34%(73/92)。结论徐州市非结核分枝杆菌的感染以胞内分枝杆菌和堪萨斯分枝杆菌为主,8种治疗药物中以异烟肼的耐药率最高,阿米卡星最低。
【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the species types and drug resistance of non-tuberculous mycobacteria in Xuzhou, and to provide scientific basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods The species types of 92 strains of non-tuberculous mycobacteria identified by PCR-reverse dot hybridization enzyme chromogenic method and the drug susceptibility results detected by proportional method in Xuzhou Infectious Disease Hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among 92 strains of non-tuberculosis mycobacteria, 59 strains of intracellular mycobacteria, 17 strains of M. Kansas, 5 strains of M. abscessus, 4 strains of M. tortoise, 3 strains of M. godenii, 3 strains of M. ornithobacterium, and 1 strain of M. etioflavum were detected. The drug resistance rates to rifampicin were 89.13 %(82/92), 97.82 %(90/92), 84.78 %(78/92), 90.22 %(83/92), 84.78 %(78/92), 77.17 %(71/92), 60.87 %(56/92), and 79.34 %(73/92), respectively. Conclusion The infection of nontuberculous mycobacteria in Xuzhou is dominated by intracellular mycobacteria and Kansas mycobacteria. Among the eight therapeutic drugs, isoniazid has the highest drug resistance rate, and amikacin has the lowest drug resistance rate.
