【摘要】 文章基于江苏农村地区抽样调查数据,采用结构方程模型和OLS回归模型,探讨社会关联、创业能力对农民创业激情的影响。研究的结果表明:社会关联对农民的创业激情存在正向影响效应,农民的政治关联和商业关联越强,农民的和谐创业激情和强迫创业激情就越高;创业能力对农民的和谐创业激情和强迫创业激情均有着正向影响。其次,创业能力在政治关联、商业关联与农民的和谐创业激情、强迫创业激情的关系中起中介作用。进一步研究表明,营商环境对政治关联与农民的和谐创业激情、强迫创业激情的关系起调节作用。研究结论证实了农民创业活动中社会关系网络嵌入和外部环境优化的有效性,对于农民创业者建构网络关系实践和管理部门开展优化营商环境实践,提升农民创业能力和创业激情具有启示和借鉴作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper used SEM and OLS regression model to explore the impact ofsocial connections, and entrepreneurial ability on farms’ entrepreneurial passion based on the data of rural sample survey in Jiangsu Province. The results show that social connection(political connection and business connection) has a positive influence on farmers’ entrepreneurial passion. And also, the entrepreneurial ability has a positive influence on farmers’ harmonious entrepreneurial passion and forced entrepreneurial passion. Secondly, entrepreneurial ability plays a mediator role between social connections and farmers’ entrepreneurial passion. In further study, Doing business plays a moderating role between political connection and farmers’ entrepreneurial passion. The conclusion of the study confirms the effectiveness of the embedding of social networking and the optimization of external environment in farmers’ entrepreneurial activities, and provides enlightenment and reference for the practice of constructing social networking and optimizing business environment, alsoforenhancing farmers’ entrepreneurial ability and entrepreneurial passion.更多还原
