基于Kriging模型的行进间坦克结构参数不确定性分析及炮口响应优化

【摘要】 为了更好地研究坦克总体结构参数对炮口扰动的影响程度,提出了一种坦克结构参数不确定性分析流程。利用动力学分析软件建立了某型坦克炮发射动力学模型,并对其行进间发射过程进行仿真分析,进而随机抽取样本点代入多体动力学方程进行仿真计算。通过训练Kriging代理模型构建了坦克不确定性的Kriging近似模型,利用失效模式灵敏度分析(MSA)方法得到了坦克结构参数灵敏度排序结果。最后运用多岛遗传算法对坦克刚柔耦合模型的炮口角位移进行了优化,得到了使坦克系统炮口扰动更小的结构参数。

【Abstract】 The tank is a complex weapon system, and the entire process of launching while on the move is also highly nonlinear and instantaneous. In order to better study the influence of the overall structural parameters of the tank on the muzzle disturbance, a method for analyzing the uncertainty of tank structural parameters is proposed. Using dynamic analysis software,a certain type of tank gun launch dynamics model is established, and the launch process is simulated and analyzed. Then randomly selected sample points are substituted into the multi-body dynamics equation for simulation calculation, and the Kriging approximate model of tank uncertainty is constructed by training the Kriging proxy model. Using failure mode sensitivity analysis(MSA) method, the sensitivity ranking results of tank structure parameters are obtained. Finally, the multiisland genetic algorithm is used to optimize the muzzle angular displacement of the rigid-flexible coupling model of the tank,and the structural parameters that make the muzzle disturbance of the tank system smaller are obtained.
