基于骨架模型的高压油管Top-Down布局设计

【摘要】 为解决汽车零部件产品设计效率低下、参数传递繁琐等难点,对基于骨架模型的设计过程和方法进行优化,从而有利于在产品设计过程中高效选取骨架模型,实现产品的快速自顶向下设计。从而为设计师节约时间,为企业生产降低成本。通过在SolidWorks中对柴油机高压油管进行的基于骨架模型的自顶向下设计表明,该方法是可行的且可以显著提升设计效率。

【Abstract】 In order to solve the difficulties of low efficiency of auto parts product design and cumbersome parameter transfer, the design process and method based on the skeleton model are optimized, which is conducive to the efficient selection of the skeleton model in the product design process and realizes the rapid top-down design of the product. This method saves time for designers and reduces production costs for enterprises. The top-down design based on the skeleton model of the diesel engine high-pressure fuel pipe in SolidWorks shows that the method is feasible and can significantly improve the design efficiency.
