基于静态间隙杆模型的曲柄滑块机构磨损分析
Wear Analysis of Crank Slider Mechanism based Stationary Clearance Link Model
【摘要】 磨损是导致机械设备和机械零部件失效的主要原因之一,磨损与系统动力学响应的耦合对机构的性能均有重要影响。基于一种转动副反力的简化求解模型,进行了一系列的参数研究。结合达朗贝尔原理对曲柄滑块机构进行动力学建模,利用Winkler弹性地基模型获取界面的接触压力分布,使用Archard模型计算间隙副的磨损深度,建立了含间隙曲柄滑块机构的磨损与动力学耦合分析框架;通过与有限元(FEM)方法的比较发现,该磨损计算耦合模型不但具有相当的求解精度,而且在计算效率方面有质的提升。
【Abstract】 Wear is one of the main causes of the failure of mechanical equipment and mechanical parts.The coupling between wear and dynamic response of system has an important effect on the performances ofmechanism. A series of parametric studies are carried out based on a simplified model of revolute reaction force,and the dynamical model of slider-crank mechanism is built through combining with the d’Alembert’s principle.The distribution of contact pressure is obtained by using the Winkler elastic foundation model. The wear depthof revolute clearance pair is calculated using Archard model,and the coupling analysis framework between wearand dynamics of slider-crank mechanism with clearance is built. It is found that the coupling model of wear cal-culation has not only comparative solution precision but also high computation efficiency by comparing with thefinite element method(FEM).
