【摘要】 目的:探索妇产科护理专业学位硕士临床实践的实际需求及新的临床实践模式,为培养高层次、实用型妇产科护理人才提供现实依据。方法:根据现象学的研究步骤和方法,对16名妇产科护理专业学位硕士进行半结构式深度访谈,采用Colaizzi 7步分析法对收集的资料进行归纳总结分析。结果:妇产科护理专业学位硕士临床实践需求可归纳为4个主题:妇产科护理专业硕士能力需求;对轮转科室及时间的需求;对带教老师教学能力及教学形式的需求;对科研时间的需求。结论:应根据妇产科护理专业学位硕士临床实践需求及专业特色制订临床实践培养计划,临床实践单位对于临床实践带教老师的资质筛选需更加严格,对于临床实践教学及评价方式应进一步规范,重视妇产科护理专业学位硕士综合能力的培养,提高其职业认同感,推进我国妇产科护理专业型人才的培养。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the actual demand and new clinical practice mode for a master in nursing specialist degree in obstetrics and gynecology and provide a practical basis for training high-level practical talents of obstetrics and gynecology nursing.Methods:According to the phenomenological research steps and methods, a semi-structured in-depth interview was conducted among 16 master in nursing specialist degree majoring in obstetrics and gynecology nursing.Colaizzi′s seven-step analysis method was used to summarize and analyze the collected data.Results:The clinical practice demand of nursing specialist degree in obstetrics and gynecology nursing could be summarized into four themes: the demand for master′s ability in nursing specialist degree in obstetrics and gynecology nursing; the demand for rotating departments and time; the demand for teaching abilities and teaching methods of teachers; and demand for scientific research time.Conclusions:The clinical practice training plan should be formulated according to the clinical practice requirements and professional characteristics of nursing specialist degree in obstetrics and gynecology nursing.The qualification screening of clinical practice teaching teachers by clinical practice units needs to be more stringent, and the clinical practice teaching and evaluation methods should be further improved.Clinical practice unit should pay attention to the cultivation of the comprehensive ability of obstetrics and gynecology nursing professionals, improve their sense of professional identity, and promote the training of professional obstetrics and gynecology nursing talents in China.更多还原
