【Abstract】 To introduce the task source, working procedure, formulation principle, main contents and technical requirements of standard YB/T 4730—2019 technical requirements for pretreatment of steel wire drawing without pickling. The main contents include complete equipment composition, technical requirements, appearance quality, traction device, shelling device, hydraulic straightening device, derusting device, on-line surface treatment device, safety protection, electrical safety and basic process requirements, process detection methods and inspection rules of each device.
