大型压铸车间设施规划及仿真研究

【摘要】 对大型压铸类车间设施规划问题进行研究,综合考虑压铸工艺及物流特征,建立设计约束条件,将多目标规划及物流仿真技术结合起来,提出了一套设施规划优化设计流程。并以H公司为背景,建立大型压铸车间设施规划问题的多目标规划模型,使用遗传算法求解,设计压铸车间平面布局方案;进而基于Flexsim环境建立压铸车间仿真模型,综合物流设备利用率及物流路径繁忙率等仿真动态性能指标优化车间设施规划方案,设计评价方案表明流程可行,为压铸行业车间设施规划提供示范作用。

【Abstract】 For the facilities planning of Large-Scale Die-Casting workshop,considering characteristics of the Die-Casting process and logistics to establish design constraints,an optimization design process of facilities planning was designed by combining Multi-Objective planning and logistics simulation. Taking company H as an example,a multi-objective planning model for facilities planning of Large-Scale Die-Casting workshop was established. GA was used to solve the model and obtain the layout plan of the Die-Casting workshop. Then the simulation model of the Die-Casting workshop was established based on the Flexsim,and the simulation dynamic performance indexes such as logistics equipment utilization and route busyness were used to optimize the facilities planning. Finally the feasibility of the process was verified by program evaluation,as well as its application values in the workshop design of the Die-Casting industry.
