高地隙喷雾机侧倾稳定性动力学仿真与分析

【摘要】 针对高地隙喷雾机作业时易受到路面激励发生侧倾失稳问题,建立ADAMS喷雾机虚拟样机仿真模型,并基于谐波叠加法建立三维纵向斜坡随机路面模型。采用田口实验设计方法,以E、F等级纵向斜坡随机路面为噪声因子,选择喷雾机作业车速、药箱充液比和路面坡度为控制因子,设计了三因素三水平田口仿真实验方案,同时利用流体仿真软件Fluent探讨了药箱液体晃动对喷雾机作业稳定性的影响,拟合出变负载下冲击力函数束,并将冲击力函数加载到喷雾机虚拟样机,从联合仿真的角度分析了喷雾机侧倾动力学,对试验结果进行信噪比和均值的方差分析,得到了喷雾机在纵向斜坡、变负载作业时侧倾失稳试验条件,从而避免了危险工况下的实车试验,为驾驶员稳定性操作作业提供相关参考。

【Abstract】 The simulation model of ADAMS is established for high-clearance spray machine,which is prone to the lateral instability in practical applications,and the model of three-dimensional slope random pavement is established based on the harmonic superposition method. Employing the three-level Taguchi experimental design of experiment,The choice of the terrain roughness in classes E and F as the noise factors,while introducing speed,liquid-filled ratio and slope were selected as the control factors,At the same time,the software Fluent was used to investigate the influence of liquid sloshing on the stability of the operation,the impact force function beam under variable load was fitted,which was loaded into spray machine,Analyzes roll dynamics from the perspective of co-simulation. Factorial significance were investigated by ANOVA analysis.The test conditions for the lateral instability of spray machine ramp and variable load operation are obtained. thus avoiding the actual vehicle test under dangerous conditions and providing relevant reference for the driver’s stability operation.
