公路层间剪应力检测实验平台研制与应用

【摘要】 为了完善长安大学公路学院交通工程类专业本科生的实验教学课程,设计开发了一套公路层间剪应力检测实验平台,该实验平台可以有效检测施工后公路面层与基层结合面的粘接强度。该实验平台主要由步进电机、减速机构、推力机构和力传感器组成。工作时,步进电机通过减速机构和推力机构将马歇尔试样推断,力传感器将马歇尔试样断裂所需的剪应力上传至控制系统,控制系统使剪应力数据以曲线图的形式显示在显示器上。经测试证明,该实验平台对公路层间剪应力的检测结果准确可靠。使用该检测实验平台可以有效训练学生进行路面抽样检测的专业技能,为其公路施工检测专业技能的培养奠定了良好的基础。

【Abstract】 In order to improve the experimental teaching course for the undergraduateof traffic engineering majorin the highway school of Chang’an University,a set of experimental platform for testing the interlaminar shear stress of highway is designed and developed. The experimental platform can effectively test the bonding strength of the interface between layers. It is mainly composed of stepping motor,deceleration mechanism,thrust mechanism and force sensor. When it works,the stepper motor pushes the Marshall sample to fracture through the decelerating mechanism and the thrust mechanism. The force sensor uploads the shear stress required for Marshall specimen fracture to the control system. The control system displays the shear stress data in the form of curve graph on the monitor. It was proved by experiments that the test results of the interlayer shear stress are accurate and reliable. The experimental platform can effectively train students’ professional skills in road construction inspection.It can lay a good foundation for the cultivation of students’ professional skills.
