双通道式车辆事故自动呼救系统的触发算法设计

【摘要】 针对传统的车辆事故自动呼救系统在安全气囊的传感灰度区存在不触发的问题,设计一个独立于安全气囊点火信号的算法通道,以保证汽车发生碰撞后安全气囊未正常触发的情况下仍能发送呼救信号,让乘员及时得到救援,提高紧急呼救系统的安全可靠性。首先给出所设计的双通道式车辆事故自动呼救系统的决策过程,然后利用比功率算法和移动窗积分算法分别对安全气囊通道触发算法和独立通道触发算法进行设计,最后通过台车模拟碰撞试验验证所设计算法的可靠性,结果证明,所设计的双通道式触发算法可以有效降低车辆紧急呼救系统的不触发率。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the problem of non-triggering in the gray-scale area of airbag sensor in traditional Automatic Crash Notification System(ACNS),an algorithm channel that is independent of airbag ignition signal is designed to ensure that ACNS can still send the call-for-rescue signal when the airbag does not trigger properly after the collision,so that the occupants can be rescued in time,which improve the safety and reliability of ACNS. Firstly,the decision-making process of the dual-channel ACNS for vehicle accidents is given. Then,the specific power algorithm and the moving window integral algorithm are used to design the airbag channel triggering algorithm and the independent channel triggering algorithm respectively. Finally,the reliability of the designed algorithm is verified by the simulation crash test on the trolley. The results show that the dual-channel triggering algorithm can effectively reduce the non-triggering rate of ACNS.
