多工位螺母锻压输送设备位置控制系统设计
Design of Position Control System for Multi-Station Nut Forging and Conveying Equipment
【摘要】 介绍了多工位螺母锻压输送设备的组成及工作原理,并对设备的位置控制系统进行分析,建立整体位置控制系统数学模型。根据位置控制系统的特性,提出了自适应模糊PID的位置控制算法。在此基础上,利用Matlab/Simulink建立位置控制系统整体仿真模型。仿真结果表明,提出的位置控制算法解决了位置控制过程中超调量大、抗干扰能力弱、参数影响大、响应速度慢和稳态精度差等问题,使位置控制系统具有了良好的动、静态特性。
【Abstract】 The composition and working principle of the multi-station nut forging conveying equipment are introduced,and the position control system of the equipment is analyzed to establish the mathematical model of the overall position control system.According to the characteristics of the position control system,the position control algorithm of adaptive fuzzy PID is proposed.On this basis,the overall simulation model of the position control system is established by Matlab/Simulink. The simulation results show that the proposed position control algorithm solves the problems of large overshoot,weak anti-interference ability,large parameter influence,slow response speed and poor steady-state accuracy in the position control process,which makes the position control system have good dynamic characteristics and static characteristics.
