巨核细胞与急性髓系白血病相互调控的研究进展

【摘要】 巨核细胞是血小板的前体细胞,其主要功能是产生血小板。近来研究表明其作为造血微环境的重要调控细胞,可通过直接或间接方式与造血干细胞、白血病干细胞相互作用,并能改变造血微环境对体内正常、异常造血发挥重要的调控作用。造血微环境失衡与多种恶性血液系统疾病的发生有密切关系。急性髓系白血病(AML)病因及发病机制至今尚未完全阐明,多数情况下是多因素共同作用所致。该文综述了巨核细胞作为骨髓微环境调控细胞与AML发生进展的相互调控作用。

【Abstract】 Megakaryocytes are the precursor cells of platelets,whose main function is to produce platelets.Recent studies have shown that as important regulatory cells of the hematopoietic microenvironment,they can interact with hematopoietic stem cells and leukemia stem cells directly or indirectly,and can play an important regulatory role in normal and abnormal hematopoiesis in vivo by changing the hematopoietic microenvironment,the imbalance of which is closely related to the occurrence of various malignant hematological diseases.The etiology and pathogenesis of acute myeloid leukemia(AML) have not been fully elucidated yet.In most cases,it is caused by multiple factors,and more research is needed.In this paper,we review the interactions between megakaryocytes as bone marrow microenvironmental regulatory cells and the development of AML.
