去泛素化酶USP13在癌症中的研究进展

【摘要】 泛素特异性蛋白酶13(USP13)是USP去泛素化酶家族成员之一,属于半胱氨酸蛋白酶超家族。USP13通过介导底物去泛素化过程,抑制底物泛素-蛋白酶体途径降解,进而参与细胞周期、自噬、天然免疫等多种生理过程的调节。近年来,关于USP13是癌症发生的重要调节因子的报道越来越受到关注。该文系统综述了USP13调控不同癌症的分子机制及研究现状,为靶向USP13治疗相关癌症提供新思路。

【Abstract】 Ubiquitin-specific protease 13(USP13)is a member of the USP family of deubiquitinating enzymes and belongs to the cysteine protease superfamily. USP13 mediates the deubiquitination of substrates,inhibits the degradation of ubiquitinproteasome pathway,and participates in the regulation of various physiological processes,such as cell cycle,autophagy,and innate immunity. USP13 is reported to be an important regulator of cancer and its function has been widely studied in recent years. This article systematically reviews the molecular mechanism and research progress in the mechanism by which USP13 regulates different cancers,and provides new ideas about how to target USP13 for the treatment of cancers.
