【Abstract】 Ubiquitin-specific protease 13(USP13)is a member of the USP family of deubiquitinating enzymes and belongs to the cysteine protease superfamily. USP13 mediates the deubiquitination of substrates,inhibits the degradation of ubiquitinproteasome pathway,and participates in the regulation of various physiological processes,such as cell cycle,autophagy,and innate immunity. USP13 is reported to be an important regulator of cancer and its function has been widely studied in recent years. This article systematically reviews the molecular mechanism and research progress in the mechanism by which USP13 regulates different cancers,and provides new ideas about how to target USP13 for the treatment of cancers.更多还原
