钢结构架空体系安全监测及结构响应分析
Safety Monitoring and Structural Response Analysis of a Steel Structure Overhead System
【摘要】 结构安全监测是判断结构状态、提供预警最有效的手段,文章对淮南某矿区的济河铁路中桥架空体系开展运营期内实时动态应变监测,运用新型振弦式应变动态采集设备,获取了结构在列车行驶状态下的横梁轴向应变响应特征;采用STS-WiFi对该设备进行可靠性对比试验。结果表明:运营期内结构受力良好,中期横梁轴向应力值明显增大,后期则趋于稳定,结构在运营期内产生了塑性变形;新式振弦式动态应变采集设备能够较好替代传统电阻应变设备,可满足实际工程中动态监测的要求。
【Abstract】 Structural safety monitoring is the most effective means of judging the structural status and providing early warning. It carried out real-time dynamic strain monitoring during the operation period of the Jihe Railway mid-bridge overhead system in a mining area in Huainan, using new vibrating wire strain dynamic collection.The equipment obtains the characteristics of the axial strain response of the beam when the train is running; and uses the STS-WiFi to conduct a comparative test on the reliability of the equipment. The results show that:the structure stressed uniformly during the operation period, the axial stress value of the beam in the middle period increases significantly, and it tends to be stable in the later period, and the structure has plastic deformation during use. The new vibrating wire type dynamic strain acquisition equipment can better replace traditional resistance strain equipment, and can meet the requirements of dynamic monitoring in actual engineering.
