【摘要】 智慧图书馆环境下,融贯式服务设计是图书馆成功开展服务的关键。面对图书馆实践中的为何及如何进行服务融贯的难题,提出了融贯式服务设计的目标、价值取向和设计原则,构建了基于目标导向的融贯式服务设计模式。智慧图书馆环境下的融贯式服务设计以促进用户学习发展和能力提升为价值取向,以"三个转向"和"三个核心词"为设计原则,其设计模式包括三个阶段、十个流程。基于目标导向的融贯式服务设计模式可以为图书馆提供可操作的服务设计理论和方法指导。更多还原

【Abstract】 In an smart library environment,integrated service design is the key to successful library services.Faced with the challenge of why and how to carry out service integration in library practice,we propose the goals,value orientation and design principles of integrated service design,and construct an integrated service design model based on goal orientation.The integrated service design in an smart library environment takes the promotion of users’ learning development and ability improvement as the value orientation and the “three directions” and “three core words” as the design principles,and its design mode includes three stages and ten processes.The goal-oriented integrated service design model can provide operable service design theory and methodological guidance for libraries.更多还原
