一种智能清洗设备控制系统的设计与实现
Design and Implementation of a Control System for Shoe Intelligent Cleaning Equipment
【摘要】 为了在保护关节假体寿命与美观的前提下,实现对假体的自动清洗,设计了一种基于单片机STC89C52RC的智能清洗设备控制系统。该系统用HX711检测关节假体与工作台是否夹紧,液位控制模块来检测液位,配合蜂鸣器提醒,超声波传感器控制刷头与关节假体的距离,各种数据通过LCD1602进行显示。同时,为了保证供水系统的精度,系统采用了神经网络PID算法。
【Abstract】 In order to realize the automatic cleaning of shoes under the premise of protecting the life and beauty of shoes,an intelligent shoe cleaning equipment control system based on single chip microcomputer STC89C52RC is designed. The system uses HX711 to detect whether the shoe is clamping with the workbench,the liquid level control module is used to detect the liquid level,with a buzzer to remind,ultrasonic sensor to control the distance between the brush head and the shoe,all kinds of data are displayed through LCD1602. Meanwhile,in order to ensure the accuracy of the water supply system,the neural network PID algorithm is adopted.
