发动机生产线智能调度算法研究
Research on Intelligent Scheduling Algorithms for Engine Production Line
【摘要】 发动机是汽车领域技术最密集的关键部件,通常都由多道工序顺序加工完成,是一个流水线工艺过程。因此,每道工序的控制都必须具备高可靠性和一定的灵敏度,才能保证生产的连续和稳定。论文针对发动机加工工序停台导致的流水线损失,提出了一种生产线智能调度算法,能自动将某道工序每次停台的原因及对其他工序造成的影响进行记录,并将待堵料的停台时间分解消化至各工序,以达到提高LTE(整线生产效率),增加单位时间产能的目的。
【Abstract】 Engine is the most technology-intensive key component in the automotive field. It is usually processed by multi-process sequence,which is a pipeline process. Therefore,the control of each process must have high reliability and sensitivity,in order to ensure the continuity and stability of production. Aiming at the pipeline loss caused by engine processing stoppage,this paper presents an intelligent scheduling algorithm for production line,which can automatically record the causes of each stoppage of one process and its impact on other processes,and decompose the stoppage time of blocking material into each process,so as to improve LTE(whole line production efficiency)and increase unit time productivity.
