离子液体和酶法两步预处理稻壳制备稻壳炭
Rice husk charcoal was prepared by two-step rice husk pretreatment by ionic liquid and enzyme method
【摘要】 采用离子液体和酶法两步处理稻壳,可提高稻壳表面微孔结构。第1步,采用离子液体1-己基-3-甲基咪唑六氟磷酸盐在50℃、pH 4.5的条件下处理稻壳36 h,稻壳降解率达11.66%;第2步,在第1步处理的基础上采用酶活性为10 U的木质素酶在40℃、pH 4.5的条件下再处理36 h,接着用酶活性比为4.5∶8.5的半纤维素酶与纤维素酶在30℃、pH 4.5的件下处理24 h,木质素、纤维素和半纤维素总降解率达38.89%。将两步处理后的稻壳,炭化制备成稻壳炭,经扫描电镜观察,稻壳炭表面的微孔结构得到较大的改善。
【Abstract】 In this study, ionic liquid and enzymatic two-step treatment of rice husk was used to improve the surface microporous structure of rice husk. The first step, the ionic liquid 1-hexyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate was used to degrade rice husks at 50 ℃, pH 4.5 for 36 h with the degradation rate of 11.66%. The second step, rice husks were further degraded by ligninase with 10 U at 40 ℃, pH 4.5 for 36 h, and hemicellulase and cellulase with enzyme activity ratio of 4.5∶8.5 at 30 ℃, pH 4.5 for 24 h, the total degradation rate of lignin, cellulose and semimellulose reached 38.89%. Rice husk was carbonized after two steps of degradation. The microporous structure of rice husk charcoal surface was greatly improved by SEM.
