聚合稻瘟病抗性基因Pizt和Pib培育江苏粳稻稻瘟病抗性新品种
Breeding of blast resistant japonicarice varieties through pyramiding the resistance gene Pizt and Pibin Jiangsu province
【摘要】 稻瘟病是对水稻生产具严重威胁的真菌病害,培育聚合多个抗稻瘟病基因的抗病品种是防控该病最为经济有效的途径。以优质、高产、感稻瘟病的中间材料L0为受体亲本,与携带Pizt和Pib基因的粳稻品种武运粳21号杂交,经分子标记及系谱选择、抗性鉴定和农艺性状鉴定,获得6个不同类型的稳定株系。苗瘟及穗瘟抗性鉴定表明,含不同基因组合的抗性效应存在显著差异,其中携带Pizt/Pib的L5株系抗性频率与武运粳21号相当,显著高于仅携带Pizt或Pib的株系。将L5株系参加江苏省中熟中粳淮南迟播组中间试验,最后审定定名为扬粳3491。该结果表明利用粳稻中广泛分布的广谱抗病基因Pizt,再聚合其他染色体位点的抗性基因,可有效地提高江苏粳稻品种的稻瘟病抗性。这一研究还表明利用分子标记选择可快速实现多个抗病基因的聚合,有效缩短水稻抗病育种进程。
【Abstract】 Rice blast is a fungal disease that seriously threatens rice production.Pyramiding multiple blast resistance genes to cultivate resistant varieties is the most economical and effective way to prevent and control this disease.In this study,the intermediate material L0 with high quality,high yield and blast susceptibility was used as the receptor parent to cross with the japonicavariety Wuyunjing 21 carrying Pizt and Pib.Through molecular markers and pedigree selection,blast resistance and agronomic traits identification,six different types of stable lines were obtained.The resistance identification of seedling blast and panicle blast showed that there were significant differences in the resistance effects between different gene combinations and the resistance frequency of L5 line carrying Pizt/Pib was similar to that of Wuyunjing 21,but significantly higher than that of the line carrying only Pizt or Pibgene.The L5 line carrying Pizt/Pib participated in the variety approval test in Jiangsu province,and was finally named as Yangjing 3491.The results showed that utilizing the broad-spectrum disease resistance gene Pizt which was widely distributed in japonica rice,and then combining with resistance genes at other chromosomal loci,could effectively improve the blast resistance of japonicarice varieties in Jiangsu province.At the same time,this study showed that the use of molecular marker selection could quickly pyramid of multiple disease-resistant genes,and effectively shorten the breeding process of rice disease resistance.
