【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the main problems in the practical application of nonlinear regression analysis. Taking the parameter estimation of the enzymatic reaction regression function as an example, and three kinds of assignment methods for the initial value of the unknown parameter are given.And the basis and reference for the application of nonlinear regression analysis are provided.更多还原
