【Abstract】 Ultra-Copper is a kind of Cu based material with excellent comprehensive performances such as ultra-high strengthen,high conductivity,high heat conductivity and high electromagnetic shielding. The paper summarized the alloy types,research status of Ultra-Copper. Meanwhile,the research and application of rare earth in Ultra-Copper has been expected.
