工程教育学习风格分析及因材施教策略研究
Analysis of learning style and research on the personalized teaching strategy for engineering education
【摘要】 在教学中尊重学习风格差异性,对贯彻执行因材施教原则及体现工程教育OBE理念具有重要作用。基于Felder-Silverman学习模型,对90名研究生的学习风格进行调查分析,获得受测试学生在信息的加工、感知、输入、理解四个维度上的学习行为偏好。针对学习风格差异提出相应教学方法、教学设计改进策略,以提高课程教学质量和学习成效。以研究生学位课程"最优控制"为例,设计了具体的教学改进策略,为探究个性化教学策略提供了支持。
【Abstract】 Respecting the differences in learning styles plays an important role in teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, and reflects the OBE philosophy of engineering education. Based on the Felder-Silverman Index of Learning Styles, the learning styles of 90 graduate students are investigated and analyzed, and the learning behavior preferences of the tested students are obtained in the four dimensions: knowledge processing, perception, input and understanding. On this basis, corresponding teaching strategies are proposed to improve the course quality and student learning efficiency. And take the "Optimal Control" course as an example to design a specific teaching improvement strategy, which provides support for exploring personalized teaching strategies.
