【摘要】 本科教育的回归,意味着高校人才培养质量提升进入加速阶段。建设一流本科教育,高校本科教育的理念、模式、方式和方法都会发生变革。在实践中,高校本科生导师制面临着导师指导意愿不强、导师高级职称偏少、导师类型相对单一、导师指导机制松散、导师激励手段有限等困境,阻碍和限制了高校本科生导师制人才培养作用和功能的发挥。本科生导师制作为提高学生学业水平、强化学生职业规划的常态化和有效化手段,在一流本科教育建设背景下需要在信念整合、师资强化、类型丰富、机制健全和激励完善等方面进行实践改革和探索。更多还原

【Abstract】 The return of undergraduate education means that the improvement of the quality of talent training in colleges and universities has entered an accelerated stage. In the construction of first-class undergraduate education, the ideas, models, methods of undergraduate education in colleges and universities will change. In practice, the tutor system for undergraduates in colleges and universities faces dilemmas like the lack of strong willingness to guide, the lack of senior titles of tutors, the relatively single tutoring type, the loose tutor guidance mechanism, and the limited incentives for tutors, which hinder and restrict the role and function of tutor system for undergraduates in talent training. As a normal and effective means to improve the academic level of students and strengthen students’ career planning, the tutor system for college undergraduates needs to be practiced and reformed in terms of integrating beliefs, strengthening teachers, enriching types, and creating sound mechanisms and incentives in the context of the construction of first-class undergraduate education.更多还原
