高校思想政治教育效果评价指标及其赋值研究:基于效果阶梯理论和结构层次系数
Research on Effect Evaluation Index and Assignment of University Ideological and Political Education:Based on Effect-laddering Theory and Structure-hierarchical Coefficient
【摘要】 高校思想政治教育的实效性关涉立德树人根本任务的落实、思想政治教育价值的实现,而其效果评价指标是检验高校思想政治教育实效性程度的标尺。在中国特色高等教育发展的新时代,大学生主体意识的增强正在改变传统思想政治教育的语境,公众关于高校思想政治教育实效欠佳与消减的评判开始出现,这与评价指标困囿于抽象化、量化和静态化等具有直接相关性。基于效果阶梯理论,建构由认知度、内化度、意向性、一贯性构成的具有可操作性的评价指标;引入结构层次系数,实现对不同指标的科学赋值,是突破现行评价指标抽象化、量化和静态化的实然困境,达到客观描述和还原高校思想政治教育实效的应然状态的必然路径。
【Abstract】 The effectiveness of university ideological and political education concerns the fulfillment of the objective of people and morality cultivation and the realization of the value of ideological and political education. The effect evaluation index of the ideological and political education is a ruler to measure the degree of the ideological and political education effectiveness. Nevertheless, In the new era of the development of higher education with Chinese characteristics, the traditional ideological and political education context are changing with the enhancement of the university students’ subject consciousness, and the negative judgment on the ideological and political education effectiveness can be heard. To overcome the actual dilemma of abstraction, quantification and static situation in current evaluation index, constructing operable evaluation index based on the effect-ladder theory and assigning each index scientifically in terms of structure-level coefficient is an inevitable path for objectively describing and restoring the actual effect of college ideological and political education.
