【Abstract】 The construction of a powerful socialist country need the support of national education. As the pillar project of Chinese education, higher education is a powerful driving force for promoting the modernization of education and the sustainable development of society. The development of higher education depends largely on the construction of college teachers’ team. To strengthen the construction of college teachers in the new era, the most important thing is to strengthen the construction of teachers’ ethics. At present, the basic reason for various difficulties in the construction of college teachers’ ethics lies in the weakness and lack of beliefs in teachers’ ethics.
