二三维一体化GIS技术在国土空间基础信息平台建设中的应用
Application of Two-dimensional and Three-dimensional Integrated GIS Technology in the Construction of Land Spatial Basic Information Platform
【摘要】 二三维一体化GIS技术(简称:2-3DGIS)将二维GIS技术与三维GIS技术进行集成,是实现国土空间基础信息平台"跨平台标准一体化""二三维应用一体化"的关键技术之一。运用2-3DGIS技术,立足现有规划和自然资源数据,构建国土空间基础信息平台,旨在实现数据体系标准化、数据资源共享化以及数据展示立体化,从而为自然资源管理提供准确、规范、高效的数据服务能力与空间分析能力,构建"一图,一网,一平台"三大应用体系,打通自然资源全流程业务,提升自然资源管理的治理能力和现代化水平。
【Abstract】 Two-dimensional and three-dimensional integrated GIS technology(abbreviation: 2-3 DGIS) integrates two-dimensional GIS technology and three-dimensional GIS technology. It is one of the key technologies to realize the integration of cross-platform standards and the integration of two-dimensional and three-dimensional application of the basic land space information platform. This article uses two-dimensional and three-dimensional integration technology, based on existing planning and natural resource data, to build a basic information platform for land and space, aiming to achieve data system standardization, data resource sharing, and three-dimensional data display, so as to provide accurate and standardized natural resource management, efficient data service capabilities and spatial analysis capabilities, build three application systems of “one map, one network, one platform”,open up the whole process of natural resources business, and improve the governance and modernization level of natural resource management.
