基于多阶抗混叠滤波的传感器节点设计与实现
Design and implementation of sensor node based on multiorder anti-aliasing filter
【摘要】 针对轴承形廓检测过程中,使用模拟量位移传感器采集的数据在转换过程中存在噪声干扰的问题,设计一款多阶抗混叠滤波的传感器节点,以STM32F103为核心设计传感器节点的外围硬件和软件系统。在对数据进行模拟数字转换器(analog-digital converter,ADC)转换前,首先利用抗混叠滤波器对混叠噪声信号进行处理,再利用ADC芯片对数据进行转换。各传感器节点采用控制器局域网络(controllerareanetwork,CAN)总线完成与上位机的数据交互。将该传感器节点应用到轴承形廓检测系统中,并对使用传感器节点前后的数据进行对比分析。结果表明,使用传感器节点滤波后的数据波动较未使用明显减小,有效提升了轴承形廓检测的精度。
【Abstract】 In the process of bearing profile detection, there is the problem of noise interference in the conversion of data collected by analog displacement sensor. In this paper, a multiorder anti-aliasing filter sensor node is designed, the peripheral hardware and software system of the sensor node is designed with STM32F103 as the core. Before analog-digital converter(ADC) conversion, anti-aliasing filter is used to process the aliasing noise signal, and then ADC chip is used to convert the data. The data interaction between each sensor node and the upper computer is completed by using controller area network(CAN) bus.The sensor node is applied to the bearing profile detection system, and the data before and after the use of sensor node are compared and analyzed. The result shows that the data fluctuation after filtering with sensor nodes is significantly reduced compared with that before filtering, which effectively improves the accuracy of bearing profile detection.
