GABA能信号系统与神经发育障碍
GABAergic signaling and neurodevelopmental disorders
【摘要】 氨基丁酸(GABA)作为神经系统中重要的抑制性神经递质,通过GABA A型受体通道或G蛋白偶联B型受体参与多种中枢神经系统功能。本文将阐述GABA能信号系统的关键方面在神经发育障碍(neurodevelopmental disorders,NDDs)病因中的作用,为推进NDDs精确治疗提供参考。
【Abstract】 γ-Aminobutyric acid(GABA),as an important inhibitory neurotransmitter in the nervous system participates in a variety of central nervous system functions through GABA A receptor channel or G protein coupled B receptor.This article will elaborate the key role of GABAergic signaling in the etiology of neurodevelopmental disorders(NDDSs),so as to provide reference for promoting the precise treatment of NDDSs.
