【Abstract】 In order to consolidate the sense of community for the Chinese nation, we should study and promote the legalization of governance of ethnic affairs to keep abreast of the times. To push for national reunification and reinforce unity among ethnic groups, it is an inevitable requirement to legalize the governance of ethnic affairs. To safeguard the legal status of the national common language according to law is a unified requirement of China ’s socialist rule of law.
