专业硕士“4-4-2”思想政治教育工作模式探析

【摘要】 针对专业硕士思想政治教育状况及问题,在借鉴并创新全日制学术型研究生思想政治教育方法基础上,构建专业硕士"4-4-2"思想政治教育模式,即"教育理念为先导、平台建设为手段、榜样示范为引领、考核制度为保障"的思想政治教育工作体系,"校内导师、校外导师、学校研究生辅导员、基地办公室研究生管理老师"四位一体的思想政治教育工作协同机制,"思政教育、专业培养"共同发展的培养目标。为专业硕士思想政治教育的有效开展提供可行方案,为全日制专业学位研究生培养质量的提高提供了有力支撑。更多还原
