高校教育教学管理人员在思政工作中的作用

【摘要】 阐述了思政工作在高校学生培养体系中的意义,国内高校的主要建设内容,详细描述了哈尔滨工业大学能源科学与工程学院教育教学管理人员,在学生日常生活与课堂中的思政教育建设工作及发挥的重要作用。教育教学管理人员指导及协助任课教师挖掘梳理各门课程的思政元素,建立具有航天国防和能源领域特色的专业及专业基础课全覆盖的课程思政教学体系。教育教学管理人员在各项活动中厚植爱国主义情怀、强化服务管理建设,引导学生品德向正确、健康方向发展等多方面进行建设,坚守服务学生成长的初心,努力为国家和人民培养"三位一体"的人才,不断完善通识教育、专业教育、实践创新、个性发展有机融合的课程体系,强化"厚基础、强实践、严过程、求创新"的人才培养特色。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper expounds the significance of Ideological and political work in the cultivation system of college students,the main construction contents of domestic colleges and universities,and describes the education and teaching management personnel of energy science and Engineering College of Harbin Institute of technology,and their important role in the construction of Ideological and Political Education in students’ daily life and classroom in detail.Education and teaching management personnel guide and assist teachers to explore and sort out the ideological and political elements of each course,and establish a curriculum ideological and political teaching system with full coverage of professional and professional basic courses with the characteristics of aerospace defense and energy field.Education and teaching administrators should cultivate patriotism in various activities,strengthen the construction of service management,guide students’ moral development in a correct and healthy direction,adhere to the original intention of serving students’ growth,and strive to cultivate "Trinity" talents for the country and the people.We should constantly improve the curriculum system integrating general education,professional education,practical innovation and personality development,and strengthen the talent training characteristics of "thick foundation,strong practice,strict process and innovation".更多还原
