中德高等医学院校医患沟通教育现状的比较分析

【摘要】 如何培养好医学生的医患沟通能力是我国当前高等医学教育发展的迫切需求及必然趋势。本文利用文献法对比研究,分析和比较了中德医患沟通教育的现状,发现虽然中德高等院校都比较强调医患沟通教育的重要性,但是中德高等院校医学生医患沟通课程的内容、师资配备、教学内容和考核方式都有不同。通过鉴德国高等医学院校医患沟通教育模式,结合我国高等医学教育的基本国情,完善我国高等医学院校医患沟通教育,提高医学生的医患沟通能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 How to cultivate medical students’ communicate skills with patients is urgent in the higher medical education system in China.This study analyzed and compared the current situation of doctor-patient communication education in Germany and China based on the literature.It is found that although Chinese and German universities both emphasized the importance of doctor-patient communication education,there are various differences in the medical students’ doctor-patient communication education program between Chinese and German universities.These differences include the course teaching staff,teaching content and assessment methods.By studying these differences between Germany and China,based on the existing higher medical education program in China,it is expected to improve the doctor-patients communication skills of medical students in China.更多还原
