【摘要】 目的:分析腹腔镜与开放手术治疗结肠癌的远期疗效。方法:选择结肠癌患者共100例,数字表随机分为两组,每组50例,对照组的患者给予开放手术治疗,观察组采取腹腔镜手术。比较两组出血情况、胃肠道功能恢复正常的时间以及总住院天数、治疗前后患者应激程度、3年转移率。结果:观察组出血情况、胃肠道功能恢复正常的时间以及总住院天数低于对照组,治疗后患者应激程度低于对照组,3年转移率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜手术与开放手术治疗结肠癌临床效果比照,其中,腹腔镜手术效果更好,并发症更少,应激反应更轻,值得临床推广和应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the long-term effect of laparoscopic and open surgery for colon cancer.Method A total of 100 colon cancer patients in our hospital were selected.The number table was randomly divided into 2 groups of 50 cases.The patients in the control group were treated with open surgery, and the observation group was treated with laparoscopic surgery.The bleeding, the time for gastrointestinal function to return to normal, the total number of days in hospital, the degree of stress before and after treatment, and the 3-year metastasis rate were compared between the two groups.Results The bleeding, gastrointestinal function returning to normal time and total hospitalization days in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.After treatment, the patients’ stress level was lower than that of the control group, and the 3-year metastasis rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effects of laparoscopic surgery and open surgery for colon cancer are compared.Among them, laparoscopic surgery has better results, fewer complications, and less stress response, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.更多还原
