【Abstract】 Three foreign carbon emission trading mechanisms, Clean Development Mechanism, International Emission Trading and Joint Implementation, were introduced in this paper. The operation mechanism of four mature foreign carbon emission trading systems including EU emission trading system was discussed. The basic ideas of China’s carbon emission trading market construction were expounded. The situation of forestry carbon sequestration trading in China was analyzed.更多还原
