英国应用型大学与学术型大学治理结构比较研究——基于场域理论的分析
A Comparative Study on the Governance Structure of Applied Universities and Academic Universities in Britain: Analysis Based on Field Theory
【摘要】 英国高等教育在其漫长的发展中,在传统学术型大学培养杰出人才居于领先地位的同时,英国政府开始逐步加大对应用型大学建设的财政投入,设立一批应用型高校来培养紧缺的高级技术人才,这也使得英国高等教育呈现出多层次、多样化的特点。基于社会"场域"理论的角度,从主体结构、资本结构和组织结构三个方面进行分析、比较及归纳,分别对英国现有的两种类型大学治理结构进行比较归纳,并结合我国的发展现状,为我国的大学治理提出有效的建议和经验。
【Abstract】 In the long development of British higher education, while maintaining the leading position of traditional academic universities in cultivating outstanding talents, the British government began to gradually increase financial investment in the construction of applied universities and set up a group of applied universities to cultivate high-level technical talents in short supply, which also made British higher education present multi-level and diversified characteristics. Based on the social "field" theory, the two types of university governance structures in the UK are analyzed, compared and summarized from the three aspects of the main structure, capital structure and organizational structure, and puts forward effective suggestions and experiences for university governance in China in combination with the development status of China.
