【Abstract】 With the implementation of the New Securities Act,China’s securities market has improved the protection of small and medium-sized investors’ rights and interests.In the context of the introduction of the comprehensive registration system,it’s needed to explore on how to further improve measures to protect investors in market access,information disclosure,delisting,relief and protection of rights.This paper makes a number of suggestions for multiple participants in the securities market,such as investors,listed companies,intermediary agencies,regulators,and so on in order to ensure the full implementation of investor protection measures,accordingly sustainable and healthy development of securities market.更多还原
