综合性大学新农科建设机制的构建与实践探索——以吉林大学为例
A Study on Construction and Practice of Constructive Mechanism of Emerging Agricultural Sciences in Comprehensive Universities——Taking Jilin University as an Example
【摘要】 涉农综合性大学是高等农业教育发展和高层次农业人才培养的重要基地。国家启动新农科建设后,综合性大学如何推进新农科建设,需要理论层面的思考与实践层面的探索。在理论层面,组织运行机制、结构优化机制与综合保障机制构成新农科建设机制的主体框架,学科发展理论、机制设计理论、定位理论为新农科建设机制构建提供了理论支撑,国家"四新"建设与新农科建设"三部曲"为新农科建设机制构建提供了政策依据。本文以吉林大学为例,在深入分析综合性大学新农科建设面临的挑战与优势基础上,从顶层设计、学科交叉、专业优化、科教融合、协同育人、综合保障等六个方面探索了综合性大学新农科建设机制的实践路径。
【Abstract】 Comprehensive universities involving agricultural sciences are important bases for not only the development of higher education of agriculture and forestry but also the cultivation of high-level talents in these discplines. With China’s implementation to develop emerging agricultural sciences, how to carry out the construction of emerging agricultural sciences in comprehensive universities needs theoretical thinking and practical exploration in terms of its constructive mechanism. At the theory level, disciplinary development theories, mechanism design theories, positioning theories have provided theoretical supports for the mechanism construction of emerging agricultural sciences. China’s “Four New Constructions” and “Trilogy” of Emerging Agricultural Sciences Construction have provided the policy basis for mechanism construction of emerging agricultural sciences, with the mechanism for organizational operation, mechanism for structural optimization and mechanism for comprehensive guarantee forming the fundamental framework of mechanism construction of emerging agricultural sciences. Taking Jilin University as an example, this paper conducts a thorough analysis of the challenges comprehensive universities encounter and the advantages they possess in terms of construction of emerging agricultural sciences, on the basis of which this paper further studies the practice approaches to the constructive mechanism of emerging agricultural sciences in comprehensive universities from six perspectives: top-level design, interdiscipline, professional optimization, integration of science and education, cooperative education and comprehensive supports.
