基于现代学徒制的大数据技术专业人才培养模式研究

【摘要】 目前国内高校大多数都无法为学生提供良好的学习实践条件,既缺乏大规模的基础数据,也没有具体的业务需求。现代学徒制是一种校企深度合作,通过双主体育人、双导师教学形成在岗培养、在岗成才的人才培养模式,以提高学生的专业化技能。将现代学徒制应用于大数据技术专业人才培养中,使企业深度参与到人才培养的全过程,为技术技能型人才培养提供丰富的教学资源和实践数据,最大程度上保证企业人才需求与学校人才供给一致。

【Abstract】 The rapid development and gradual popularization of big data technology has brought great changes to all industries in the world, and the field of higher vocational education is also deeply affected.Higher vocational students trained in big data technology should study and practice in the actual environment of big data, and closely connect their technical background with the demands of the industry, so as to give full play to the application value of data information. However, at present, most of the domestic colleges are unable to provide students with good learning and practice conditions, because they lack both large-scale basic data and specific business needs. Modern apprenticeship is a kind of deep cooperation between schools and enterprises. Through dual-subject education and dual-tutor teaching, a talent training mode of on-job training and on-job achievement is formed to improve students’ professional skills. The modern apprenticeship system is applied to the training of big data technical professionals, so that enterprises are deeply involved in the whole process of talent training, providing rich teaching resources and practical data for the training of technical talents, and ensuring that the demand for talents of enterprises is consistent with the supply of talents of schools to the greatest extent.
