【Abstract】 Under the background of the notice that the whole society is vigorously implementing "Implementation Outline of Labor Education for Primary and Secondary Schools(Trial)", reviewing the labor education life experienced by rural primary school students in Northwest China in the 1980 s,we found it is still of referential significance today: labor education is an important part of primary school life, and its characteristics are manifested in the development around school life and production, school construction and social service of a year-round, normalized, and teacher-student joint labor. The school has no labor teaching materials and special curriculum, and the labor content focuses on the needs of school life. Based on the school arrangement, students’ labor and learning are fully integrated, and the cultivation of pupils’ overall quality is realized in the simple labor, which meets the needs of children’s happy childhood physical and mental health development, and conforms to education mode of the social development and time characteristics for primary school students that "real labor, real sweat, enjoy happiness, long talent".更多还原
